Woot . starting from last week i am on strict diet.Need to get myself more "down".My dear sister promise me a trip to Japan + S$500 expenses at the end of the year i could slim down to what she think is good.. damn it ..JAPAN .. for the sake of it ..Cheong ah !!
for the past one week have being heeding the following from my fren gym instructor
*1)Only Breakfast and Dinner can be taken , Fruits for lunch !!
*2)Good Breakfast , Light Dinner ! No Supper-fruits if hungry !!
*3)2 cli of run every day - Salt Water after the run !
*4)Drink more tea ! toxify !!
So far its only this till i can get the hang of it !!
